Our Functional Body Building program comes in two variations:
Lunchtime Warrior (3 or 5 Day Split) - 1 hour per training session and can be completed at almost any gym!
Standard (3 or 5 Day Split) - 1.5 hours per training session and requires some additional equipment (e.g., Sled, D-Ball).
Both programs offer a balance of endurance, strength, body building, gymnastics, and functional fitness.
